Private Appointments

OPENING HOURS:

Beechgrove Private Appointments give both you and your dog the chance to have some 1-2-1 time in a safely enclosed environment. The Doggy Park is fully enclosed with 8ft perimeter fencing and is situated in a serene countryside setting, making it the perfect, peaceful place to relax for both dogs and humans.

When booking a Private Appointment, you and your dog will be provided with a private play area to yourselves and will be free from the worry of other dogs, traffic and people which may, be uncomfortable for some dogs in other more public areas.

Dogs of all sizes and ages can benefit from a Private Appointment: they can simply have peace to do as they please – whether that be to relax, chase a ball, enjoy the freedom to run, or to learn some new skills on the agility equipment provided. Private Appointments can also be ideal for training/working purposes such as recall, scent work, obedience etc.

We have three different play areas available for your dogs:

If you are unsure about which play area would be best suited for you and your dog please do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to advise you which area would be best suited for your dog’s needs and be most suitable for the use of your Private Appointment.

Experienced staff will be available should you need any help during your appointment. If required, we are happy to assist when you are bringing dogs to and from the play area. We will even bring you tea/coffee, toys for your pooch to play with and if your mobility is restricted – we can help exercise your dog… please do not hesitate to ask for assistance during your visit.

One complimentary Tea/Coffee also available during visit.

** Dogs that are Human Aggressive are welcome to Private Appointments, although for everyone’s safety we do ask that you please make us aware of this when booking your appointment. **

Rescue Play Scheme

We are delighted to introduce our new ‘Rescue Play Scheme’ 🐾

This scheme invites ALL Dog Rescue Charities in Northern Ireland & ROI to avail of our Private Appointment service and facilities for FREE twice a month 🤩

Our Private Appointment sessions give dogs the opportunity to enjoy off-lead freedom in a safe, secure and clean environment. The dogs can do as they please, whether they want to sniff, run, play, the choice is theirs, free-will to just be a dog. 🥰

T&Cs:
Rescue Play Scheme Private Appointments can be booked on Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10am-4pm. (10am-6pm April-Oct). Weekends excluded.
Sessions must be booked via direct message to Facebook/Instagram or Whatsapp/Text on 07907275732 or 07546124423.

One Rescue Dog or (Family/Pair Dogs) per session, unless discussed and prior arrangement is made.
Rescue/Charity/Organisation Owner, Director, Volunteer, Employee to accompany dogs at all times and must be over 18 years old. A member of staff will be available to help at all times during your session.

You must make staff aware of aggression and reactivity cases when visiting, for safety of all park users.
Beechgrove Zoom Zone Private Hire excluded, Doggy Fun Park Private Hire only.

Two FREE sessions per month, per Rescue/Charity/Organisation.
We know animal rescues are all getting it incredibly tight at the moment – it’s hard enough to keep animals sheltered, fed and cared for, without having to worry about the costs of social enrichment & stress-relief outside of the rescue environment.

We’ve always offered complimentary services to rescue dogs in need, but this scheme gives local rescues the chance to avail of the park on a schedule that suits them.
